The Kitchen Stage Awaits

As the Banquet Cook, you'll play a vital role in our culinary performance. With your trusty kitchen tools, you'll transform ingredients into delectable dishes, carefully following our culinary script. You'll ensure our backstage - the kitchen, is a safe and welcoming space, performing routine cleaning and maintenance. You will uphold the highest standards of food safety, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment while managing food storage and rotation. And of course, you'll keep a keen eye on our prep needs, ensuring our pantry is always ready for the next act.

Your Backstage Pass

You're a team player with an appetite for learning and a flair for the culinary arts. Basic reading, writing and math skills are your foundation, but kitchen experience will be your spotlight. Your schedule may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays, but that's show business. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, move about the work area, handle kitchen equipment, and work in high-temperature areas will be your daily routine. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

Rehearsal and Curtain Call

You're equipped with a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED), or you're armed with an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience and/or training is the encore we're looking for.
