What will you be doing?

We are on the lookout for a passionate, proactive Food & Beverage Manager for Hilton Brisbane. In this role you will be responsible for -

• Leading the F&B team in fulfilling Hilton’s Purpose
• The effective leadership of a high performing team that meets or exceeds targets in relation to People, Profit, Customer and Quality
• Overall responsibility for all F&B departments including Outlets and C&E
• Ensuring team members work to achieve consistent service standards, are possessed of excellent product knowledge and are provided with every opportunity to achieve their career goals
• Overall profitability of the department
• Collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure departmental revenues flow through to profit in line with company objectives
