Summary

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Practice professional phone etiquette, coordinate appointments, determines guest’s needs and recommend the appropriate treatments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Create and maintain a professional, friendly and elegant spa environment for all patrons.
  • Perform facility tours for guests and introduction on all services and amenities.
  • Ensure professional, courteous and knowledgeable customer service at all time.
  • Coordinate appointments for guests and must be able to recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Greet guests and perform check-in and check-out duties with efficient time and in a friendly manner.
  • Perform exceptional phone etiquette according to scripts and guidelines.
  • Must have a full knowledge of all retail products offered by The Spa at CCCR and up sell products.
  • Must have a full knowledge of all services provided by The Spa at CCCR and up sell services.
  • Conduct monthly inventory control tasks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of The Spa at all time.
  • Complete all tasks for opening and closing shifts.
  • Attend all product knowledge and motivational training program, meeting and work related events.
  • Responsible for closing retail sales for providers.
  • Receive, count, and store shipments.
  • Perform other work related duties assigned by the management.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work all shift hours.

Qualifications

Experience and/or Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year of administration/secretarial experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Age Requirement

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, mathematical or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License.
