Sands Harbor Resort and Marina is on the hunt for truly unique, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to welcome guests to our newly renovated waterfront property in beautiful Pompano Beach. The Sands Harbor Guest Experience team is truly the heart of our hotel and the first to meet all guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide guests with impeccable service. We are currently searching for warm and welcoming team members who are great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritize, above all, the needs of our valued guests. 

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Balance and audit all hotel revenues and expenses for the day, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue summaries, and any discrepancies found during the audit process.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
