• Customized Care: Record detailed SOAP notes for each guest, including preferences, allergies, and treatment options to ensure the highest level of personalized service.
• Retail Sales: Share your knowledge of hair care products and actively pursue daily sales goals to boost product sales and contribute to the overall success of the spa.
• Clean and Organized: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation to ensure a smooth and professional service for every guest.
• Team Player: Work with a supportive team to uphold the spa’s standards and maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment for all guests.
• Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay on top of current beauty trends, techniques, and licensing requirements to keep your skills sharp and provide top-notch service.

• Cosmetology License: You must hold a valid Cosmetology License with the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a hair stylist, preferably in a hotel/resort spa setting.
• Passion for Beauty: A true love for hairstyling, coloring, and creating fabulous looks that make guests feel beautiful and confident.
• Sales Skills: The ability to educate guests on products and treatments, and drive retail sales.
• Flexible Schedule: Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to accommodate guest needs.
• Team Spirit: Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, contribute to a positive work environment, and support the team’s goals.
• Professionalism: A polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make guests feel welcome and pampered.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform various physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
