What you will be doing: 

In this role you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys and assign rooms, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. You will be a member of our dynamic TEAM serving delicious items from our menu, ensuring exceptional customer service, and creating enjoyable experiences for our guests.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Prior front desk experience in a Marriott brand setting or luxury hotel 
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• A genuine passion for the culinary arts, food, and beverage, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays
• High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate other
• The ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously should pose a challenge without being overwhelming
• Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas
