The Marketing Communications Manager - Dining will be responsible for leading our dining marketing initiatives at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. This dynamic and experienced individual will play a pivotal role in promoting our dining venues, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement through strategic communication initiatives. This position will ensure consistency in messaging across all channels, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our dining experiences.
What will I be doing?
As the Marketing Communications Manager - Dining, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies o Create and execute marketing plans to promote dining outlets, special events, and seasonal promotions. o Collaborate with the culinary team and outlet managers to understand key offerings and develop promotional activities. o Coordinate with the digital marketing team to optimize online presence and customer engagement through websites and social media platforms. 2. Public Relations & Media Engagement o Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media to secure coverage for the hotel’s dining venues. o Organize press events, media tastings, and influencer collaborations to enhance visibility. o Act as the main point of contact for any media inquiries related to the hotel’s dining services. 3. Brand Management o Ensure that all marketing materials and communication are aligned with the Hilton brand standards and maintain a consistent tone of voice. o Work closely with the Hilton regional marketing team to leverage global campaigns and ensure local adaptation. 4. Event Promotion and Management o Collaborate with the dining & events team to market and promote food festivals, culinary showcases, and other dining events. o Manage event logistics related to marketing and PR, including invitations, guest lists, and media coverage. 5. Budget Management o Monitor marketing expenses and ensure activities are within the budget. o Provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI of dining promotions. 6. Market Research and Trend Analysis o Conduct competitive market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform future strategies. |
