The night auditor is responsible for balancing the revenue for the given day. Our auditor will reconcile over due accounts, run the audit in the Fosse system, as well as complete all reports and other tasks assigned to them on a given day. All members of our team must provide warm hospitality to all guests they interact with.

Our Auditors must

- Report on time and in uniform to all scheduled shifts

-Respond to all guest requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the guests request is fulfilled to the best of your ability

-Check in/out guests

-Take reservations

-Assist with the opening of breakfast/ Maintain the Coffee station 24/7

-Complete all reports for management in a timely and accurate manner

-Ideally have prior Fosse experience

-Give/schedule wakeup calls

-schedule and ensure shuttle requests are handled
