The iconic Waldorf Astoria property in New Orleans, The Roosevelt, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join the Front Office Team!
This luxury hotel offers an unparalleled blend of Southern hospitality, world-class service, and historic surroundings. As the centerpiece of the city, the hotel is conveniently located near the French Quarter and within walking distance of the city's most vibrant attractions and entertainment, including Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and the Arts & Warehouse District.
Embodying the rich heritage of Southern hospitality, this historic hotel features 504 rooms, over 60,000 square feet of meeting space, and five food and beverage outlets, including two restaurants, a café, a seasonal rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
What will I be doing?
As the Front Office Supervisor, you will provide guidance and leadership to ensure consistent quality in customer service. You will assist Guest Service Agents, Operators, Reservation Agents, Bell Attendants, and other departments with any questions or requests. Additionally, you will prepare and conduct daily pre-shift meetings, communicate effectively with all staff, and provide them with the necessary information to deliver guest service in accordance with Hilton standards.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE
One year combined Front Desk and Supervisory experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
