Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Revenue Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile daily hotel revenues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain and enforce financial procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and external regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Accounting and Operations, to resolve issues and ensure seamless financial reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Daily Revenue Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile daily hotel revenues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel finance or Hotel night auditing (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus
