Conference and Events Sales Supervisor

Join us in creating unforgettable experiences! As a G,M&E Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind converting groups, meetings, and events enquiries into memorable bookings, maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue. Whilst ensuring a high hospitality driven service.

What You’ll Do:

ü  Convert incoming mid-size and large enquiries into bookings and hit sales targets

ü  Maximize sales revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities

ü  Perform follow-up prospect calls to convert tentative business opportunities and handle turndowns professionally whilst looking for opportunities to provide solutions for business needs

ü  Manage client requests and ensure seamless communication throughout the booking process

ü  Lead on-site client inspections ensuring exceeded guest expectations

ü  Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and needs

ü  Develop and drive relationships with guests and all internal stakeholders

ü  Proactively seek feedback from clients to continuously improve service

ü  Develop and expand current existing account portfolio by focusing on driving repeat business

ü  Set up and cross check offers and contracts

ü  Develop and maintain good relationship with all hotel departments

ü  Create great and memorable guest experience before, during and after their stay

ü  Work closely with the G,M&E sales Manager to ensure that the selling strategy for the hotel is in line with demand through effective diary and rate management

ü  Support & being the back up for the GM&E Sales manager

ü  Ensure all departmental KPI’s are monitored & achieved.

ü  Train and coach the Team Members, trainees in collaboration with G,M&E Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Love using CRM systems (e.g., Delphi/Salesforce, OnQ)
• Have a proven track record in sales or event planning, preferably in hospitality
• Enjoy working with people and have top-notch communication skills

• Love to communicate in Dutch, English & French. Every other language is a plus.
