Rate Of Pay
  • $24.86 to $25.91 per hour/DOE

Qualifications
Knowledge Of
  • Various types of equipment used in the building trades.
  • Painting industry standards.
Skills And Ability To
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
  • Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
Education And Experience
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position, completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • License:
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license.
Physical Requirements
Heavy Work
 Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch and kneel as required by job.
