Summary

Prepares and inputs inventory/financial data for use in maintaining inventory accounting records by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Compiles, sorts, initiates and posts documents, such as product requisitions, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, credits, warehouse transfers, inter-department transfers, production postings and recipes that substantiate daily business transactions.
  • Performs daily cycle counts, month end physical inventories and daily variance reconciliation.
  • Audits for compliance of Internal Policies and Procedures.
  • May be instructed to observe movement of goods into and out of the warehouse.
  • May be assigned other duties by Inventory Control Manager, or Vice President of Finance.
  • Performs more challenging and technically complex tasks (such as posting of daily cycle counts and month end physical inventories, interpreting variance reports).

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Two years related experience and/or training; or High school diploma with equivalent combination of experience. Must have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Age Requirement

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License.
