Join the dynamic pre-opening team at Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown and help us make waves in the hospitality industry.  This 216-room property, situated on the Sioux Falls River, will have over 20,000 square feet of meeting space and amazing dining options onsite.

We are looking to add Overnight Guest Service Agents to our opening team and be the welcome enthusiast for our guests! The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience with the ability to work the 11p-7am shift. If you are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences for our guests, then this is the role for you!   Apply today!

During third shift, greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in the hotel. Upgrades guests, and promotes hotel services and amenities. Completes the registration process, codes electronic keys, and makes appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs. Promotes and administers Marketing Programs for arriving guests. Ensures guest knows location of room, and arranges for team member to accompany guest to room. Provides welcome packet containing room keys, tokens of our appreciation, gifts, etc. to guest.
