Front Desk Supervisor

Overview:

- Previous experience with LightSpeed.

- 1 year of hotel experience in a 200+ room operation.

Duties:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front desk

- Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner

- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff

- Maintain guest records and reservations accurately

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences

- Monitor and maintain the lobby area for cleanliness and organization

Skills:

- Exceptional phone etiquette skills

- Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred

- Strong customer service orientation

- Proficiency in guest relations and front desk operations

- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
