Job Description: AM Restaurant Server

Location: The Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark, MO, 65049

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
