作为值班工程师，您将应以最高标准完成以下任务:
制定并保持工作的服务标准，推动员工达到共同目标； 根据总工的指示，做好任务分配，并在任务完成的过程中进行跟进和指导； 组好班组之间的交接工作，确保工作顺利进行； 定期对机房、相关系统和设备的运转进行检查，并及时给出反馈； 从节能方面提出有关设备和运转程序的建议； 负责班组内的行政工作，对于员工考勤、日常表现等做好记录；并对班组内涉及到的维修维保单做好记录和存档； 管理好本系统的材料及员工借领工具，领用材料的登记、保管制度； 根据维修维保计划，统筹协调承包商工作的时间安排； 监督和检查各部门的设备安全操作，对违反的行为进行制止； 负责培训以提高员工的工作技能，使员工以最大效率进行工作，并及时与员工进行绩效评估，指导并培养员工有能力胜任更高职位； 负责对员工的过失提出处理建议； 确保能源管理计划有密切的监督，和有效的执行(煤气、水、电和柴油) 确保紧急处理程序的执行和实施，并协调工程部工作程序以对应其它事故； 如有必要，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述； 完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。Requirements
