This is not a night audit position. Our overnight crew are as much a part of the operation as any shift we have. We're looking for night crew who love doing it all. The Moxy Crew role consists of being a Welcome Agent, Bartender, Bar-Closer, Food and Kitchen Services, checking guests in and out, answering phones, Setting up and managing our Market Corner, and being the best point of contact for our fun-hunters, which is what we call our guests. This role is best suited for individuals who are confident, extremely reliable, sharp, solution-finders who are quick on their feet and prepared to handle anything that arises during their shift.

Are you bold, thoughtful, spirited and fun, and prepare that late night life? Being a Moxy Overnight Crew Member means more than providing the hookup to guests with extra towels. Overnight Crew are sometimes the only Crew Member on site during much of the shift, so we're looking for someone who can be that difference during the guest's stay. We’re looking for a crew who:

• Out of the box thinkers.
• Highly responsible and reliable. 
• Have high energy and a bold do-it-yourself attitude.
• Driving our guest service scores on all platforms.
• Very organized and ready to follow a process. 

The ideal Overnight Crew Member will be self-motivated, and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle anything that comes their way.

Here are some of the key expectations for our Crewmembers:

• Doing it all means you’ll be trained in bartending, food service, kitchen, and hotel desk operations – all of which will be handled right at our bar!
• Deliver services within the Moxy Brand Voice, culture and style.
• Takes things into perspective, where some see obstacles, you should see opportunities.
• Managing time between the bar and the desk operations. We can’t have one without the other!
• Owns every moment, every reservation, every negotiation, every experiential consideration, every guest experience to the fullest.
• Reliably and accurately operate property management systems, point of sale system and all of their different components.
• Prepared to run an audit program, and perform various End-Of-Day and Start-Of-Day and accounting processes accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
• Provide awesome service to our fun-hunters, and communicate with the rest of the crew and management clearly and efficiently.
• Break down and shut down a full bar.
• Set up breakfasts and provide food services to guests.
• Complete all shift-activities to make sure we can continue to deliver that awesome Moxy service!
• Handle any additional tasks requested or required by management.

Desirable Credentials:

• Hotel front office background and/or background in Beverage and Food
• Working with in a nonconforming team, or in a Lifestyle brand.
