Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team. The Spa Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Spa Operations: Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.

Guest Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to enhance their overall spa experience.

Staff Management: Train, mentor, and evaluate spa staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development.

Service Quality: Maintain high standards of service and treatment protocols, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed while adhering to budget constraints.

Sales and Promotions: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional offers to boost spa revenue.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all spa operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.

Reporting: Prepare reports on spa performance, including guest feedback, revenue, and employee performance, to share with management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a spa or wellness environment.

Strong knowledge of spa treatments, services, and products.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Certification in spa therapies or related fields is a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
