Assistant Director of Maintenance

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Maintenance. Applicants must have experience in general maintenance and pool maintenance. This position must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. 

Job Duties:

• Promptly respond to front desk reports of guest problems or concerns
• Inform front desk when work order is complete
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Perform maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Assign work to maintenance technicians
• Oversee repairs and/or make recommendations for repairs
• Maintain all storage areas, shops and mechanical areas in a clean, safe, and secure manner
• Maintain pool areas and ensure pool decks are clean safe and secure for guests
• Ensure faucets of the location are in safe working order
• Customer service oriented while responding to guest requests or issues
• Assisting the Director of Maintenance in managing staff and technicians
• Other duties as assigned
• Trouble shoot and problem solving 
• Team player 

Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years experience in Maintenance
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be able to work evenings, holidays and weekends
• Customer Service 
• Positive attitude 
• CPO
