Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

  • Classification: Full-Time
  • Shift: Various, full flexibility required to include weekends and holidays.
  • Pay: $20.23 per hour – Please note, final offer is based on experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Pre-Arrival Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing all tour group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction. Ensures that all guests are confirmed and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily. Answers and dispatches telephone calls. Maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our Hotel, and provides prompt and courteous service to meet Company's high standards.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services
  • Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations
  • Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling
  • Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc.
  • Monitor and reply to all pre-arrival questions and requests in third party systems and create traces, emails, or other forms of communication to ensure proper execution.
  • Responsible for blocking all group and VIP reservations in the room PMS system.
  • Pre-assigning rooms to incoming reservations to ensure room type availability and to open opportunity for upsells
