You are the face of SpringHill Suites Nashville MetroCenter. Your infectious enthusiasm and passion for hospitality will set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience. Welcome guests, manage their information, assign rooms, and answer general inquiries with a genuine smile and attentive service. You'll be helping our guests enjoy their stay and truly experience what Nashville has to offer.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a luxury or hotel environment is a plus, but if you're a customer service professional looking to grow, we're ready to train you.
• Availability during evenings and weekends is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel-specific platforms is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages, especially Spanish, is preferred.
• A flexible schedule that can accommodate days, weekends, and holidays.
• High energy, effective people skills, and a positive attitude to motivate others.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.
• Capable of using technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
