Sales & Catering Manager

As Sales & Catering Manager you will work directly with clients planning events and meetings creating an enjoyable and memorable guest experience from start to finish ensuring a positive lasting impression.  Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and the staff while focusing on the client's expectations.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Prior experience or similar role is required, strong hotel background (2+ years), and one or more; catering/convention services, banquets, hotel sales, culinary arts is a must.
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution desired
• Solid computer skills and knowledge of various discipline-focused computer programs, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
