Who are we looking for? Previous bartending experience in a hotel establishment or similar environment is ideal, but we’re also happy to train the food service professional who wants to grow their career in the hospitality industry. You’ll need to be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol, and an intimate knowledge of various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine is a plus. We’d love it if you have TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification and knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions. Your familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices, ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures, and excellent English communication skills are also important to us.
