We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housepersons to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring all public areas, such as lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators, are clean and well-maintained.
• Promoting a positive image of the Hotel by being pleasant, honest, and friendly.  Also address guest requests and problems.
• Supporting the housekeeping team to ensure pantries are fully stocked/replenished and presentable at the commencement/completion of each shift, to maximize productivity.
• Attend daily briefings, to ensure required information is obtained (special projects, tasks, scheduled cleaning, changeover of items etc.) to carry out daily duties and expectations are achieved.
• Respond and confirm WhatsApp communication immediately.
• Delivery of clean linen to the allocated area for Room Attendant usage
• Collecting dirty linen from collection points and dispatching to laundry
• Delivery of items to guest rooms (guest/staff requests)
• Removal of rubbish from collection points.
• Assist with room cleaning and other duties out of these shift hours.
• Maintain current knowledge of the CLIENT’s products and services such as Hotels facilities, room set up, to assist with guest inquiries and an understanding of the service offerings available across the Hotel.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail
• To have positive involvement and interaction with the overall West team both at individual and entire team level
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• To have positive involvement and interaction with the overall West team both at individual and entire team level
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
