What will I be doing?

As waiter, you are the face and voice of BlueBlood. You will be the narrators to our guest's exploration of BlueBlood’s commitment to culinary excellence; marrying great local flavors with thoughtful and meaningful attention to detail. Together with you colleagues in the service, you will join Chef the Cuisine Luis Rojas on his journey to the culinary world of Peru and Japan, the ‘Nikkei’ cuisine. Expect a diverse and adventurous combination of the slick, clean flavours of Japan, and the spicy, playful palette that is distinctly Latin American. You strive for excellence in everything you do, by creating lasting and meaningful memory; which will connect our guests to BLUEBLOOD forever!

More specifically, you will take on the following responsibilities:

Welcoming and entertaining guests with an authentic approach to customer care and interactions.

• Taking orders and ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team.
• Sharing you knowledge of the Nikkei cuisine and explaining the menu to our guests.
• Ensuring a clean and organized working environment at all time.
• Being the point of contact for all guest and proactively making their experience great.
• Assist the supervisory team in the evening service.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• To successfully fill this role, you have the following already in your DNA:
• Excellent English language skills, Dutch is preferred.
• Proven experience in the service industry.
• Working in a team and being stress-resistant as is your natural quality.
• Positive self-starter who enjoys developing new skills.
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service every day.
• This position is available on part-time and fulltime basis.
• In this position you will focus on the evening shifts (incl. weekends and festive days)
