Join our reservations team, booking charming and elegant rooms at the historic La Fonda on the Plaza.
Compensation: $16.00, Full-Time

La Fonda is looking for a part time Reservations Agent to join our team.  Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

WORK PERFORMED: Reservations Agent

  • Answer and assist all incoming guest calls and email requests.

  • Using knowledge achieved through training to maximize potential hotel occupancy and rate by professional quoting of room availability, amenities and rates.

  • Complete the necessary tasks required by Reservations Manager 

  • Such tasks include, but are not limited to: input of reservations, reviewing daily arrivals, confirming guest details, printing and mailing of confirmations.

  • Maintain highest level of customer service at all times

  • Maintain a clean work area, and maintain the current organization standards.

  • Ensure reservations are complete and accurate to include daily arrival cross check.

  • Follow pre-set rate yield strategy set forth by Management or Supervisor.

  • The office is open 7 days a week.
