Summary

Follows established guidelines to clean and perform preventative maintenance on all gaming devices and related equipment. As part of training and development, assists Slot Technicians in the performance of assigned duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Clean and perform preventative maintenance on all gaming devices and related signage.
  • Assist in the installation, movement, testing, repair and maintenance of slots, electronic / electro-mechanical components, sub-systems and systems.
  • Maintain security of keys and company assets.
  • Perform all assigned tasks in compliance with TGA and applicable federal, state and local regulations.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

One to three months of related experience and /or training; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret simple graphs. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, mathematical or schedule form.
