Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager will oversee the distribution of hotel inventory across multiple channels to maximize revenue and occupancy. This role involves developing and strategically implementing effective pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing inventory management. The Revenue Manager will work closely with a dynamic team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals to ensure alignment of strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing and distribution strategies to maximize revenue.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to inform pricing and distribution decisions.
• Manage and optimize the distribution of hotel inventory across all online channels.
• Monitor and adjust room rates, availability, and content across various channels.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop offers and packages.
• Conduct revenue performance reviews and provide actionable insights to management.
• Utilize revenue and distribution management systems and tools to optimize inventory, pricing, and channel performance.
• Prepare and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Maintain relationships with distribution partners and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
• Being a positive key player and willing to help in other areas as directed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, CRS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and results.
