Your Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of our Marketing Coordinator, you will actively participate in the following projects and tasks:

• Marketing & Communication: Contribute to the implementation of projects at the chain and hotel level.
• Marketing Plan Development: Assist in the creation and execution of the hotel's marketing plan.
• Partnerships: Help develop and track marketing actions with our partners.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) and create engaging content.
• Communication Materials: Design various communication materials (brochures, posters, guides, press releases, newsletters, etc.).
• Promotional Offers: Create and promote special offers and other presentation documents.
• Public Relations: Work directly with our PR agency.
• Cross-Marketing: Participate in cross-marketing activities with our partners.
• eCommerce: Manage interfaces and relationships with B2B and B2C portals, as well as online travel agencies and tour operators.
• Online Visibility: Monitor and optimize the visibility of the hotel or chain on online platforms.
• Website Updates: Manage and monitor website updates, ensuring content is current and continuously improved.
• Distribution Channels: Track marketing activities across all distribution channels, including OTAs.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a master's degree with a specialization in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Creativity: Bring innovative and original ideas to energize our marketing campaigns.
• Organized, methodical, with a proactive and independent approach.
• Strong command of French and good proficiency in English are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of social media management and content creation tools.
