Managed by Crescent Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Floor Houseperson to join our team and contribute to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service our guests have come to expect.

Job Description: As a Floor Houseperson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel’s guest floors and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest floors, corridors, and public areas by vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
• Assist Room Attendants with the removal of linens, trash, and guest supplies from rooms.
• Replenish supplies and amenities in storage areas and on guest floors.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist with special projects and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
