Job Description:

Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for leadership and a knack for maintaining high standards? We're seeking a dedicated Chief Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and efficient operation of our hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance of all operating systems.
• Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses.
• Ensure guest accommodations and associate work environments meet the highest safety standards.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate engineering staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to Concord Hospitality and Hotel Brand compliance standards and operating controls.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership about any areas of concern.
