Preventative Maintenance / Banquet Setup Associate

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician

Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Preventative Maintenance/Banquet Setup Associate on our team you are responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms as well as setup and maintain banquet spaces as required.

Maintain all guestrooms in accordance with preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines to include touch-up painting, caulking, spot cleaning carpet and upholstery, replacing light bulbs and batteries. Inspect and test all appliances, hardware and fixtures to be in proper working order and repair as needed. Ensure all sinks and drains run clear, and guestrooms are free of odors. Major issues, hazards or safety risks are to be reported to the Chief Engineer.

Must have the ability to lift, store, and setup tables and chairs for banquets as needed.

Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards

Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests

Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
