Great opportunity to get in on all the action at Hotel Del Coronado! We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the team as the leading talent of Sun Deck Bar & Grill!
It’s an exciting time to join the resort with a recently completed $200M renovation project that included additional banquet space and major updates to our food and beverage offerings.
Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 700 rooms (to include cottages and villas), 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.
What will I be doing?
As Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is between $67-$75k and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location
