Role Overview

As a member of our team, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere while greeting and serving our guests according to our high standards.

What You'll Be Up To

• Providing prompt and courteous service to our guests
• Setting up your station and fulfilling any side tasks assigned
• Answering guest questions about our delicious menu
• Operating the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable)
• Ensuring the food we serve is of the highest quality - checking appearance, temperature, and portions
• Performing any other duties as assigned

Is This You?

• You have at least 1 year serving experience in a dinner setting
• You have a solid understanding of wine
• You're skilled at suggestively selling hand crafted cocktails
• You can transform a meal into an experience by explaining the menu and making suggestions
• Familiarity with Spanish food and wine is a plus!

California-based applicants can anticipate a compensation of $16.00 for the position. However, the offered salary will depend on several factors including years of experience, education, work location, and more. Remember, at The Viv Hotel, Anaheim, every day is an opportunity to create magic!
