What You Will Be Doing

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office staff. This includes scheduling, planning, and developing departmental strategies and goals. You will also conduct routine inspections of the front office and public areas to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests. Additionally, you will assist in maximizing hotel revenue through the use of company systems and processes.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have basic reading, writing, and math skills. You should be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to talk, hear, stand, and lift up to 10 pounds. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with one to two years of related experience and/or training.
