As Front Office Manager, you will lead our dynamic TEAM providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel.

What you will be doing: 

In this role you will manage all duties of front desk operations including: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Previous 2+ years' of Front Office Manager experience in a luxury brand hotel environment 
  • College degree or coursework in hospitality related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
  • Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Full availability is required, must be able to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
