 Cluster M&E Sales Trainee

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for M&E Sales Trainee to join and enhance our Meeting & Events team. The Trainee program is for 6 or more months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As M&E Sales Trainee, you will: 

• General support for the Director of M&E Sales as well as for the team
• Support the M&E Trainer if and when required
• Support in daily tasks (administrative and/or operational if required)
• Assisting the office coordinator on a day to day basis
• Loading bookings on behalf of the team
• Ensuring the maintenance of the bookings in the system
• Ensuring the data entry is accurate
• Entering special rate plans into the in house system and adhere to the internal operational procedures and the set standards
• Support in pulling reports
• Assist in analysing certain business aspects
• Working on internal projects
• Shadow the team during clients phone calls, enquiry handling and/or site inspections of both hotels
