Social Media Manager

Graphic design experience is a must!!!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Manage numerous digital media accounts (resorts & restaurants) within the owners hospitality group
-Develop and implement digital strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and following
-Create and curate engaging content for digital media platforms, including text, image, and video
-Create and manage Paid Ads campaigns to generate awareness, leads, and revenue (ROI) within numerous departments
-Monitor all online channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback including a focus on review generation and rating performance reporting
-Create email marketing campaigns to retarget our online audience, create further brand awareness, and generate sales / revenue
-Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels
-Maintain consistent influencer reach and manage the implementation of paid and organic collaborations
-Periodically maintain and update website events, landing pages, and other important pieces of information that directly link to social media
-Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to curate new digital media strategies
-Utilize analytics tools to track and report on all digital performance metrics (social media, reviews, seo, paid ads)
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
