Night Auditor Relief for the Robey Hotel who will be responsible for overseeing front desk duties. Their duties include check-in/check-out late arriving guests. Ensuring that all end of day activities have been successfully executed.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Run audit reports/journals from Front Office Systems
• Input all revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate the daily reports
• Review and correct any discrepancies in the Front Office Systems
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for the next day
• Check-in and Check-out guests
• Reconciling inventory issues that arise and resolving conflicts and/or oversells.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Answering the telephones and booking reservations
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Skills:

• Must be highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to manage one’s time and duties independently
• Problem solver and proactive
• Dependable and reliable
• Hospitality experience a plus
• OPERA Cloud, Marriott/MARSHA experience strongly preferred
