Assistant General Manager

The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead and supervise our exceptional TEAM! If you take pride in guest satisfaction and have a passion for hospitality, consider this opportunity!

As Assistant General Manager, you will direct and coordinate activities of the Front Office/Night Audit, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food and Beverage Departments.   You will also aid the General Manager in overall hotel operations.

As Assistant General Manager, you will conducts weekly one-on-ones with department managers, assist with hotel staff selection, conduct staff meetings, prepare payroll and assist with accounting related tasks

Prior hotel management experience of varying departments is required  (2+ years), previous Hyatt hotel experience preferred.

Our hotel is a short drive to O’Hare Airport (15 minutes) and downtown Chicago (30 minutes).
