Job Description

Position Overview: As an Esthetician at The Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of esthetic treatments, have a passion for skincare, and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized and luxurious services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body treatments, and waxing services, using high-quality products.
  • Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to customize treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to offer cutting-edge services.
  • Educate guests on skincare routines and recommend appropriate products for home care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with spa protocols.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing their concerns and ensuring a memorable spa experience.

Qualifications:

  • Esthetician license in North Carolina.
  • Proven experience as an Esthetician in a luxury spa or similar upscale environment.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
