Responsibilities:
As our Cluster Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions, across our three Perth properties: Parmelia Hilton Perth, Doubletree by Hilton Perth Northbridge, DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront, Hilton Garden Inn Busselton and Hilton Garden Inn Albany.
The Cluster Sales Executive (CSE) will interact frequently with guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a CSE will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Manage an events schedule to maximize yield
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and conduct hotel/venue tours
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
About You:
- Hotel industry experience is preferred
- Must be physically based in WA (or willing to relocate at your own cost)
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Strong organization and administration skills
- Positive attitude and advanced communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Confident telephone manner
- High level of IT skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Previous experience in sales and/or conference/events
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Qualification in a relevant field (BONUS)
