Breakfast Attendant

The Parkview Hotel is in the heart of it all, between Syracuse University and Downtown Syracuse, offering travelers the perfect combination of comfort and service in a boutique hotel that’s clearly individual.

The Parkview Hotel is currently hiring a Breakfast Attendant. Our Food & Beverage Associates are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent guest service skills and a great smile!

Responsibilities: 

-Preparing and filling breakfast food items during hotel breakfast.

This includes both the preparation and serving of food offerings, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the serving area.

-Keep breakfast items stocked and rotated, including cold and pantry items

-Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner

-Set up and tear down complimentary breakfast bar

-Utilize basic food preparation and baking skills

-Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

-Wash preparation and service dishes

-Multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor during busy hours

Qualifications:

-Previous food service a must.

-Must be able to work mornings and weekends are a MUST

-Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

-Must be able to multi-task.

-Must be neat, clean and organized.
