Chartwell Hospitality is hiring a Payroll Manager and it could be you! 

This is a great career opportunity with a fast growing hospitality management company- 2nd largest hospitality employer in the Greater Nashville area.

The Corporate Payroll Manager is responsible to process Associate payroll making sure the correct IRS withholding taxes and relevant deductions. This individual may also assist HR and/or Benefits with special reports and various projects as needed.

Maintains proper files for all accounts payable records. Prepares expense analysis such as weekly estimated disbursements and comparison to Budget. 

The ideal candidate for this position

  • 5+ years of progressive payroll and human resources experience with 1,000 + employees located at work locations and within multiple entities
  • Experience on managing and processing the entire pay-run per pay-group from start to finish
  • Experience of a successful implementation and transition of a HRIS/payroll system
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
