Education: Ability to read and write English

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year culinary experience, preferably in high volume upscale hotel operation
• Serve Safe Certified or equivalent
• Familiar with all cooking techniques
• Familiar with batch and quantity cooking
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with a team in fast paced kitchens
• High level of professionalism
• Great communication and hospitality skills
• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
• Required to learn all menu items
• Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within necessary time frame
• Production of orders for guests
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times

Skills and Abilities: Communication and hospitality skills (English required); High level of professionalism; Comfortable working with a team in fast paced kitchens; Kitchen admin experience helpful
