Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
- Assist customers in selecting drinks and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
- Ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders
