What We Offer:

What You'll Do:

  • Perform functions of various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Sales
  • Display a positive attitude and provide information about the hotel and its facilities
  • Participate in activities that foster growth and learning
  • Lead and direct staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and employee morale

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and enhance on-the-job training
  • Guest relation skills and a passion for providing exemplary guest service
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
  • Ability to lead and direct staff, manage training, payroll, and achieve revenue goals
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency with basic computer technology
