Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Lobby Attendant/Houseperson delivers service excellence to our guests by maintaining a clean and welcoming public area, and assisting the Housekeeping department. This position is responsible for keeping areas such as restrooms, pool area, front desk, fitness center, business center, and executive offices neat and clean and assisting Housekeepers with supplies, linens, and removal of trash.
Performance Expectations:
1. Keep front entrance free of debris and garbage.
2. Dust lobby furniture and other surfaces (low/high dusting).
3. Clean restrooms thoroughly, including washing sinks, toilets, urinals, exposed pipes and doors.
4. Clean fitness center, dust all equipment, empty trash, replace and replenish towels and amenities.
5. Clean business center, empty trash, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean doors.
6. Clean offices, empty trash, vacuum, dust.
7. Clean associate locker room.
8. Pick up around pool area, restock with towels, arrange pool furniture.
9. Ensure housekeeper carts and closets are stocked and organized
10. Empty dirty linen and trash from housekeeping carts and take to the appropriate location.
11. Checks with housekeepers to ensure they have supplies
12. Monitor hallways and walls for scuff marks and remove.
13. Restock all supplies.
14. Clean windows, doors, elevator panels, and floor.
15. Empty trash receptacles.
16. Follow proper lost and found procedures for guest items left behind.
17. Report any items in need of repair.
18. Follow all safety procedures while working.

Hyatt Centric Fort Lauderdale, currently under construction is slated to open in 2020. The 238 modern-designed guest rooms will occupy the first 15 floors of this multi-story high-rise condo-hotel building –121 luxury condominiums are for sale on the 16th floor and above.
