Description

负责接待客人，保证所有的健身设备运作正常及干净清洁，包括游泳池的水压、水温等。指导客人正确使用健身设施，保证客人满意。 

我的具体职责是什么? 

作为康乐部服务员，您将应以最高标准完成以下任务: 

  • 根据希尔顿品牌建设及精神所述，秉承以客为先的宗旨，主动及时关注客人的需求。 
  • 具有积极的影响力，有责任心，主动解决问题，善于与客人及同事沟通。 
  • 工作中灵活变通，反应敏捷，能果断地根据具体情况而改变工作要求。 
  • 为部门的运作程序，改善环境设施等提供意见。 
  • 随时保持警惕性，具有责任心，保证所有设施及器材正常运作，确保客人有舒适安全的体验，确保员工能在安全的环境中工作。 
  • 以热情、友好和真诚的笑容来迎接、问候，欢送所有的客人。
